Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Konker is working with a multi-award-winning architecture and building consultancy practice who are looking to expand their team with an Architect in their Leeds office.

The company has expertise in a wide range of sectors, offering services including Architecture, Interior Design, Property and Asset Management, Building Consultancy, and Building Surveying just to name a selection!

They work on a variety of projects within Healthcare, Residential, Technology, and Sports, Leisure, and Hospitality, candidates will be ensured that they have access to a varied workload – ideal for diversifying and enhancing your portfolio!

Architect:
You will have a proven track record as an Architect with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision making. You will have the ability to work with minimum supervision and be a collaborative team member.

• A few years of experience post qualification
• Proven commercial and contractual awareness
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Experience of delivering projects through RIBA Stages 2-5 (earlier or later stages a bonus)
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience, including site visits and meetings.

• Working Hours:
  
  37 hours per week (hybrid working)

The salary for this Architect position ranges from £35,000-£42,000, depending on your previous experience.
