This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who offer their expertise to the logistics and retail sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Architectural Technologist within their Leeds studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Attend design team and site meetings
Undertake site visits to ensure projects achieve high quality and technical compliance
Manage and coordinate the design team alongside provide technical design to projects
Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
Prepare and submit planning applications

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical detailing skills
Experience managing projects within the logistic and retail sectors is desirable
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Leeds area
