A brand design studio established in 2009, with a global client roster spanning some of the most recognised names in sport, music and consumer technology.
This is a three-month fixed-term contract with an ASAP start. It exists because there’s live work that needs holding together at pace.
The RoleQuickly becoming the operational backbone of this small studio, delivering brand work for global clients, your day starts with you running the morning project round-up, keeping schedules tight and the team aligned. From there, you’re the connective tissue: relaying client feedback to senior designers, making sure requirements land clearly, and tracking time against budgets so projects ship on spec and on margin.
You’ll also help scope work alongside the senior team – defining requirements and resource allocation rather than simply executing decisions made above you. The practical value here is proximity. In a studio this size, you sit close to how experienced designers approach brand work for demanding global accounts – the kind of exposure that’s hard to get inside a larger agency.

The PersonYou’re likely a few years into client services or project management, currently agency-side in design, digital or marketing. You already understand how brand projects run internally – owning a schedule, chasing feedback, tracking time against budget without supervision – and you’re comfortable working in support of large, demanding brands, and confident enough to push senior designers and clients for clarity when a project needs it.
This is a delivery seat in a small team, and it suits someone who wants to be the operator everything runs through.
