Remuneration: £40,000 – £45,000neg

• Designer position dealing with a range of bespoke joinery and woodwork projects, including furniture and interior fit‑out
• Producing detailed technical and manufacturing drawings from customer briefs, architectural drawings and project specifications
• Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to develop practical and commercially viable design solutions
• Managing projects from initial concept through to manufacture, ensuring designs meet customer requirements and production capabilities
• Liaising with production and operational teams to resolve technical queries and ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, drawings and specifications whilst providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle

• Design experience within the Woodworking or Joinery sector
• Highly advantageous to have previous experience on retail fit‑out projects
• Would be beneficial to come from the tools (joiner / machinist etc.)
• Ideally have AutoCAD experience, open to 2D or 3D
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player who also works well individually
