Role – Landscape Architect/Planner
Location – Leeds
Salary – £35-£40K DOE

Skills and Qualifications
- A degree or postgraduate degree in Landscape Architecture
- Experience delivering Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments
- Experience in the successful delivery of landscape and urban design projects
- Experience managing landscape design during the construction phase
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Autodesk and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills
- A full & clean driving licence and full right to work in the UK
- Independently manage smaller projects and support delivery of specific tasks within larger projects
- Conduct strategic and feasibility/concept studies
- Prepare Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals for both linear and site-based projects
- Prepare Townscape and Visual Impact Appraisals
- Produce preliminary/speculative design and detailed design, including general arrangement drawings
- Develop hard & soft construction detailing, schedules & specifications to support planning applications
- Prepare tender and construction packages, manage construction/post‑construction inspections
- Support the development of relationships with existing and new clients in public and private sectors
- Assist in the preparation of bids ranging from small to complex multidisciplinary projects
- Manage and delegate project work to junior team members
- Maintain client liaison
