Part Architectural Assistant

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is recruiting a talented Architectural Part I Assistant to join our growing Leeds team. This role will work across a portfolio of exciting projects in collaboration with architectural, engineering and specialist consultants.

• Contribute to the successful delivery of complex, small, medium and large‑scale projects. Consistency and accuracy in all work produced is essential.
• A portfolio highlighting your past projects is required as part of the application.
• Highly computer literate – skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite applications.
• Possess excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbally and visually using software and hand‑drawing skills.
• Can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, organised and efficient with attention to detail; able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Have a flexible approach to work with a positive and ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Self‑motivated and committed individuals with the ability to work within a team and independently.

Recognised RIBA Part I qualification. Hard‑working, ambitious and a positive ‘can‑do’ attitude to every challenge and opportunity.

This role may require security clearance. Offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. UKSV vetting may require proof of residency in the UK for 5 years or longer. Do not reference any current or previously held security clearance in your application.
