Hippo is recruiting for talented User Researchers for contractor opportunities across a range of projects and clients in the UK. Roles are Inside IR35 with short- or long-term durations and hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
As a User Researcher, you will design, plan and conduct research to uncover what people need from services, and work with designers, product owners and Agile teams to translate evidence into user-centred service design recommendations.
