We currently have a 24 months NHS Fixed Term (salaried) vacancy for a Specialist in Acute Medicine, within a Trust that offers excellent development, CEST and CCT support.

With major investment agreed within this Trust, and a culture of innovation, the opportunity for driving large scale improvement is huge as our client undergoes an extensive programme of Urgent and Emergency Care redesign. This is therefore the perfect time to join this Trust.

This is a role created following the SAS contract reform in 2021. The post holder will need to demonstrate the generic capabilities to the level equivalent of a Consultant in Acute Medicine. FRCP is not essential.

This is perhaps an ideal post for advanced middle grade doctors making the jump towards Consultant or overseas Consultants looking for their first UK appointment.
