We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic EYFS/KS1 Behaviour Support Worker to join a fantastic team at Meadow Alternative Provision. You’ll work alongside our teacher in Orchard class (Reception, Y1 and Y2), supporting children with their behaviour and learning in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Meadow is an alternative provision for Reception to Year 6 children with SEMH needs. We are based at Swinnow Primary School but provide places for children from 35 schools in the west of Leeds. Children continue with their academic learning and access therapeutic‑style interventions to develop the skills they need to succeed e children stay for 8 weeks, others for longer placements, and after their time with us many return to their original schools or move on to specialist provision.
