Academics are seeking an enthusiastic, inclusive Secondary Learning Support Assistant for schools in the Portsmouth area. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant in Portsmouth that is looking for either long-term, short-term or part-time role.

The suitable candidates will have experience of supporting children in school and must be able to manage behaviour and motivate students in class. We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who is able to;
Provide assistance and supervision for children during the school day Assist children to understand and participate in class Work on a 1:1 basis with students if necessary Help to build confidence and motivation Adapt to various tasks and needs Live locally to / be able to travel into Winchester As you may be required to cover at different schools in and around the Portsmouth area having your own transport is desirable but not essential.
