We're supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Leeds that is looking for a Cover Supervisor to join their team. The school is known for its excellent behaviour, supportive staff, and positive atmosphere, making it a great place to work if you enjoy being around young people.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into lessons when teachers are absent and make sure students stay focused on the work set for them. You won't be asked to plan lessons, but you will need to guide the class, keep things calm, and help create a positive learning environment.

You'll also support the wider school when needed.

This role is a good fit if you enjoy working with young people and feel confident leading a classroom.

It's ideal for:

• Graduates considering teacher training
• People with experience in youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, or other roles involving teenagers
• Anyone who wants practical school experience

You don't need any formal qualifications to become a Cover Supervisor.

However, you must have experience working with young people aged 11-18, whether through education, coaching, youth work, or similar roles.
