Overview

Are you an academic with proven abilities to carry out cutting-edge teaching and research in Interpreting Studies? We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with research and professional expertise in Interpreting Studies on an ongoing basis  will have experience teaching interpreting in a university context within the UK and/or abroad. You will contribute to teaching in Interpreting on our flagship MA Conference Interpreting programme and to the research culture in the Centre for Translation, Interpreting and Localisation Studies (CTILS) and the wider School.

Responsibilities
  • Teach interpreting on the flagship MA Conference Interpreting programme.
  • Contribute to the research culture in the Centre for Translation, Interpreting and Localisation Studies (CTILS) and the wider School.
Qualifications
  • Experience teaching interpreting in a university context within the UK and/or abroad.
  • Research and professional expertise in Interpreting Studies.
  • Commitment to an ongoing 1 FTE position.
