Job Title: Part-time Early Years Educator – Qualified (Level 3 minimum)
Location: Muddy Boots Drighlington, Leeds
Salary: Up to £12.90 per hour (top 10% of nurseries in the area)

AboutThe Role
Role Overview:
As a Qualified Early Years Educator at Muddy Boots, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences. We believe that outdoor adventures are at the heart of childhood development, and we are committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and enriching environment for both children and staff.
Schedule:
2 full days per week (between 8am – 6pm).
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, with a focus on outdoor play and exploration
- Observe, assess, and support children's individual learning journeys
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Ensure a safe, inspiring, and stimulating environment for all children
- Contribute to a happy, healthy, and thriving team that loves what they do!
- Passion for outdoor education and a commitment to nature-based learning
- Experience in early years education (must be Level 3 qualified or equivalent)
- A proactive and positive attitude with great teamwork skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
