What - Your Role and Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Assist with learning activities, emotional wellbeing, and classroom routines
• Work 1:1 or in small groups to boost engagement and progress
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs
• Bring adaptability, initiative, and a warm, encouraging presence
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children in a primary or similar setting
• A genuine passion for education and pupil development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and commitment to Monday - Friday availability
• A positive attitude and a great sense of humour

We also welcome candidates with the following qualifications or experience:

• Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or above)
• Childcare-related qualifications (Level 2 or above)
• Health & Social Care background (with school experience or basic phonics knowledge)
• University graduates with a passion for education
• Unqualified Teaching Assistants with relevant classroom experience
• Additional training such as Team Teach, PRICE, or Moving & Handling is desirable
