English Second Language Teacher

Teach online ESL students based in Singapore and Hong Kong using the Cosmo curriculum. You will deliver 50‑minute one‑on‑one lessons, create lesson materials and provide a positive learning environment.

Pay: $20 USD per class plus additional incentives.

• Deliver personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction to students
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability
• Update availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson
• Communicate with parents, students and Cosmo staff professionally
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K‑12 in ELA
• Experience with K‑12 ELA standards and curriculum
• Experience teaching ESL learners
• Teaching qualification preferred but not required
• Fast and reliable internet connection and access to a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000
• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months teaching with Cosmo 1:1
• Minimum of 20 hours of availability per week
• Private and quiet location for lessons
• Currently located in the UK
• Available between 8‑2 PM GMT Monday‑Friday or 5 AM‑2 PM GMT weekends
