A family based in Oxfordshire are seeking a qualified and experienced Montessori Teacher to work with their 3-year-old child on a part-time, live-out basis during the summer months. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early years education, a calm and nurturing approach, and a strong understanding of Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate Montessori activities and lessons
• Support the child’s independence, creativity, and natural curiosity
• Maintain a calm and structured learning environment
• Provide regular feedback to the parents on the child’s development and progress
• Ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• Recognised Montessori teaching qualification
• Proven experience working with children aged 3+
• Warm, professional, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Must be dog-friendly – the family has a dog in the home
