The Role:

We are looking for specialists in Maths, English, and Science (Primary & Secondary) to:

  • Create personalized, engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles.
  • Support students with diverse needs, including SEN, LAC (Looked After Children), or those currently disengaged from mainstream education.
  • Track progress and celebrate "lightbulb moments" using our internal reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure every child has a holistic support system.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: A background in 1:1 tutoring or working within inclusion units/alternative provisions.
  • Empathy: The ability to build meaningful relationships with students who may have undiagnosed SEN or educational trauma.
  • Communication: Adaptable, inspirational, and tech-savvy (with your own laptop/broadband for potential online sessions).
  • Integrity: A commitment to safeguarding and KCSIE guidelines.
