Are you a qualified TEFL teacher ready to make language come alive in Leeds?

We’re working with a welcoming education setting looking for a confident, experienced TEFL Teacher to deliver high-quality English language teaching to both children and adult learners. This is a varied, rewarding role where you’ll lead learning, plan engaging lessons, and see real progress week by week.

• Planning and delivering structured TEFL lessons to mixed-age learners
• Teaching English language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Assessing progress and adapting lessons to suit different ability levels
• Creating inclusive, culturally aware learning environments
• Supporting learners to gain confidence in everyday, academic, or workplace English

You’ll have the autonomy to teach creatively while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

• A recognised TEFL qualification, essential
• Experience teaching English to children and/or adult learners
• Strong classroom management and confidence leading groups
• A clear understanding of language acquisition and differentiation
• A positive, encouraging teaching style that builds trust quickly

Additional languages are a bonus, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
