About The Role

Luminate Education Group is looking for a Finance Officer to join our team based at our Park Lane Campus. You will deliver a responsive, customer-focused, and high-quality administrative service, ensuring accounts receivable transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timescales. As part of the Finance Team, you will contribute to a shared service supporting colleagues across the Group. You will be responsible for working in line with financial regulations and procedures at all times, maintaining a proactive approach to compliance and fraud awareness.

What

You Will Do
  • Process payments, income, and service requests accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records in line with Group financial regulations and controls.
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to staff to support compliance with financial procedures.
  • Respond to finance-related queries, delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the wider finance team with reporting, data analysis, and other duties as required, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.
About You
  • Previous experience of working with Agresso Business World (web version) or similar Finance data systems.
  • Used to working with sensitive data and the guidelines that support it.
  • Analytical with the ability to present and analyse data.
  • Work accurately, with attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Used to organiser your own time and also working to set deadlines.
  • Flexible with the ability to juggle tasks to meet changing priorities.
