Qualiteach Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Primary Teacher for a school in Leeds. This may include working with children with moderate and complex learning needs. The setting is a primary school who are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP.

• Can involve working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit them
• Working within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staff, supporting challenging behaviour and SEN requirements
• Following care plans, EHCP's, Pupil Passports and other relevant documents where necessary
• Using a holistic approach within a multi-disciplinary team of specialists
• Delivering appropriate lessons and collaborating with skilled Teaching Assistants to help you

• Experience of working with children who have a range of learning needs
• A willingness to 'jump in' and help where necessary
• Being a positive role model and influence
• The ability to support challenging behaviour, encourage independence and be patient and willing to build long lasting relationships with pupils
  
  Have a good awareness of safeguarding procedures
• Be confident to take lead in a busy classroom
