This is a school that values structure, high expectations, and positive relationships. Behaviour is well managed, leadership is supportive, and the staff team work collaboratively. They’re looking for someone who can step in, build rapport quickly, and keep learning moving without fuss.

Your role will include:

  • Maintaining strong classroom routines and behaviour expectations
  • Working closely with parallel teachers and SLT

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has solid KS2 experience
  • Is confident managing a full classroom independently
