Salary: 25,776 - 30,779 per year

A Further Education provider is recruiting an Apprenticeship Training Supervisor to manage and support a caseload of apprentices across areas such as Carpentry, Autocare and Brickwork. The role focuses on employer engagement, apprentice progression and successful completion of End Point Assessments.

• Manage a caseload of apprentices
• Support recruitment and onboarding of employers and apprentices
• Develop and maintain strong employer relationships
• Conduct tri-partite progress reviews
• Create action plans and set performance targets
• Monitor apprentice progress and EPA readiness
• Deliver group tutorials / professional development sessions
• Provide clear communication to employers, apprentices and stakeholders

• Experience working within apprenticeships or training environments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage relationships with employers and learners
• Target-driven and able to track performance
• Customer-focused approach
