Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners, creating a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere, and supporting the overall development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure individual growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
