A supportive and well-regarded Primary School in Harrow is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from April
. The role focuses on supporting early development, structured learning and positive classroom routines within a collaborative EYFS environment.

• Supporting children across the Early Years setting
• Assisting with structured and engaging learning activities
• Supporting early literacy, phonics and numeracy development
• Promoting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
• Supporting pupils' independence and confidence

• Early Years practitioners
• Teaching Assistants with primary experience
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualified support staff
• Individuals passionate about child development
• Candidates seeking stability for the Summer Term

• Previous experience within an Early Years or primary setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of EYFS principles
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
