• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
• Assisting with literacy, numeracy, or subject-specific learning
• Supporting students with SEND or additional needs (training provided)
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Gaining valuable school-based experience ahead of a career in teaching, educational psychology, counseling, SEN, or youth work

• A degree (2:2 or above)
• A genuine interest in working with children or young people
• A proactive, patient, and reliable approach
• A willingness to learn and develop in an educational setting
• Experience with young people (tutoring, volunteering, coaching, camps, etc.) is beneficial but not essential
