About the role - Behaviour MentorThe successful behaviour mentor will be responsible for delivering 1:1, paired and small group support with students experiencing challenging behaviour. The role involves maintaining a physically safe environment while following risk assessments as appropriate and acting as a positive role model for students across the entire school.
About the school - Behaviour MentorThis SEN school in Leeds caters for young people aged 7–16 who have social, emotional, and mental health needs and an education, health and care plan. The school serves 100 students, many of whom have had disruption in their early lives and thus require additional support and a specialist setting to meet their educational needs.
