SEND Learning Support Assistant

Location: Leeds

Salary: £93 – £120 per day (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

We're recruiting for a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a nurturing Leeds primary school supporting pupils with a range of complex needs.

This role is ideal for someone who believes every child deserves the chance to thrive, regardless of the barriers they face.

You'll be:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Encouraging communication and independence
Assisting with learning, routines, and emotional regulation
Working closely with teaching and SEND teams

You'll need:

Experience supporting SEND learners
A calm and caring approach
Excellent communication skills
Patience, resilience, and empathy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
