Responsibilities

• Have a secure understanding of child development and outstanding Early Years practice
• Can plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support every child’s development
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework, Development Matters and Strong Foundations guidance
• Works positively and effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Maintains high expectations for all children and supports them to achieve their full potential
• Is reflective, motivated and committed to ongoing professional development
• Can work closely with support staff to plan, deliver and evaluate learning provision
• Has experience supporting children with SEND (desirable).
