As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping students achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

You will:

• Support students with a range of additional learning needs
• Work alongside teachers to create engaging learning experiences
• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support
• Help students build confidence, independence, and social skills
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation
• Support students’ emotional wellbeing and development
