Salary NJC Scale Point 3 - £25,614 per annum (£13.28 per hour)
Role 1: 17 hours per week (7:30am - 8:45am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday). Actual Salary £9,919 per annum.
Role 2: 8.5 hours per week (7:30am - 8:45am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday). Actual Salary £4,959 per annum.

The Governors are seeking two enthusiastic and creative Play workers to join our Catholic primary school. This is a great opportunity to become part of a small, friendly team that plays a vital role within the school community.
ResponsibilitiesThe main purpose of the role is to supervise and engage with children attending our Out of School Club, plan and deliver enjoyable activities that encourage play, participation and the development of positive friendships. You will manage behaviour and support children in resolving conflicts in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
Qualifications- Experienced in working with school age children.
- Flexible and adaptable in their approach.
- Able to communicate effectively with pupils and staff.
- Warm, friendly and empathetic.
- Understanding of how individual children learn to ensure development.
- Committed to supporting the expected high standards of behaviour.
- Professional, responsible and aware of the need to maintain confidentiality.
