Mum is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support young adults with SEND in Leeds. You will provide personalized and tailored support to help them secure sustainable employment through the Supported Internship programme.
Your role will involve collaboration with employers and internal teams to create opportunities and build strong relationships. With a commitment to inclusion and excellence, you will play a vital role in the success of our students and help drive high employment outcomes.
Salary ranges from £26,195 to £26,855 pro rata annually. Benefits include generous leave, pension schemes, and CPD opportunities.
