.
- Deliver engaging and practical Design Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).
- Teach and inspire students through hands‑on learning, creativity, and technical skill development.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support students to achieve strong outcomes while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with DT departments and wider school staff to support student progress and engagement.
- Promote health & safety standards within workshops and practical classroom settings.
- Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
- ECTs and experienced DT Teachers welcome to apply.
- Specialists in Design Technology, Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, Graphics, Food Technology, or Construction

Pay:
- ECTs / Early Career Teachers: £168.80 – £178.58 per day
- Main Pay Scale (M1–M6): £168.80 – £232.58 per day
- Upper Pay Scale (UPS): £243.45 – £261.79 per day
(Pay rates are dependent on experience, qualifications, and assignment responsibilities.)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am – 3:30 pm
