Academics is seeking an SEMH Lead Teacher for a new Alternative Provision in Southampton, starting September 2026. In this full-time, permanent role, you will lead teaching and learning, helping to develop the curriculum for Key Stage 2 and 3 pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with children with SEN and SEMH needs and skills in building positive relationships with pupils and families. Enjoy a competitive salary (M3-M6) plus SEN Allowance.
