Year 2 Teacher

Academics in Leeds are recruiting a year 2 teacher for one of our schools based in Harrogate- the position will be commencing in September, until at least Easter 2027 with a possibility for an extension.

Enthusiastic and motivated ECT's will also be considered for this year 2 teacher position.

The school is looking for a dedicated year 2 teacher with key stage 1 experience.

This school has a very supportive SLT and regular provide CPD for all staff.

The ideal year 2 teacher will have the ability to engage pupils with differentiated and creative lessons to suit all abilities.

Educated to degree level and QTS
DBS on the update service
A high passion for teaching and working with children who have excellent expectations for attainment and behaviour
Self-motivated and determined to do well
Year 2 experience
Secure understanding of differentiation to challenge children of all abilities
