• Deliver engaging and inspiring Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Plan, assess and monitor student progress in line with departmental expectations
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating studio environment
• Support students in developing practical skills, creative thinking and independent project work
• Contribute to curriculum development, collaborative planning and departmental initiatives
• Maintain strong behaviour management and a confident classroom presence

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Art & Design, including practical and theoretical elements
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Ability to inspire creativity and support students of varying abilities
• Excellent organisation, communication and behaviour‑management skills
• Availability to start immediately or from September, depending on circumstances
