ResponsibilitiesUse restorative practices to support students in their social and emotional development.
Build strong relationships with students, especially during the first weeks of placement.
Provide individual support and facilitate behaviour management strategies for students with mental health and behavioural needs.
Qualifications & ExperienceStrong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
