Your Responsibilities- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions
- Assisting teachers during lessons
- Supporting students who require additional academic guidance
- Helping raise confidence, engagement, and attainment
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
