Roles & Responsibilities
Structure, plan, and deliver high-calibre lessons that foster curiosity and deep learning.
Maintain accurate, thorough tracking of pupil progress to maximise individual growth.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and specialised tutors to deliver targeted learning.
Maintain proactive, warm, and highly professional relationships with a supportive parent body.
Actively engage in the wider life of the school, including community events and staff CPD.
Requirements for the Role
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven success teaching within a UK primary school.
Comprehensive understanding of the National Curriculum, with strong differentiation skills.
A current Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one).
Exceptional communication, time-management, and classroom leadership skills.
A desire to maintain high academic and behavioural standards across all primary age groups.
