This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive mainstream primary school in Boston Spa as an Apprentice SEND Teaching Assistant, where you’ll gain hands‑on classroom experience while completing a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

As an Apprentice SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students with additional learning and emotional needs in a welcoming and inclusive school environment.

You will:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Work with pupils with SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Help students develop confidence, engagement, and emotional regulation
• Support classroom learning, literacy, numeracy, and interventions
  
  Assist teachers with lesson preparation and learning resources
• Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion across the school

Applicants must not currently be enrolled on another government-funded course.
