• Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
• Full‑time roles available
• Short‑term, long‑term, and permanent opportunities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
• Assist children with their academic, social, and emotional development
• Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
• Encourage confidence, participation, and positive behaviour
• Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources

• A Childhood Studies degree (2:2 or above)
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, patient, and reliable approach
• Experience working with children (placements, volunteering, tutoring, youth work, childcare, coaching, etc.) is beneficial but not essential
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Apply your understanding of child development in a real‑world setting
• Gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing teacher training or postgraduate study
• Develop behaviour management and classroom support skills
• Build experience supporting pupils with a range of learning and developmental needs
• Work within supportive and welcoming school environments
