We’re recruiting for two Trainee Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming

Further Education College in Leeds, supporting children across KS5 while completing afully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

• £10.00+ per hour (above standard apprenticeship wage)
• FREE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE)
• Progression to Level 4 HLTA
• Full mentoring and support from Engage Education
• Practical, school-based training designed for Education based settings

• Support pupils1:1 and in small groups
• Assist with targeted interventions
• Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement
• Support children’s emotional and social development
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and resources

This role is ideal for:

No school experience required — just the right attitude.

Requirements:

• Commitment to a 11-month apprenticeship
• GCSE Maths & English Grade C/4+ preferred
• Not enrolled in another government-funded course

• Study completed flexibly during school holidays
