About the roleConnex Education is working with a SEN school in Leeds who are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work full‑time starting September 2025
About the schoolThe school itself caters for pupils with a range of needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a child 1:1 in a KS2 class. The school aims to develop children’s social and emotional skills. Each member of the school shares their expertise and knowledge to promote inclusion.
Assignment DetailsThe role is to start in September 2026 – December 2026 initially but may be extended. If you are available before September, the role has the potential to start before.

- Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to provide a new one
- Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Hold previous experience of working with children and young people
- Have experience of supporting pupils with SEN needs
