- Educational Psychology
- Teaching (Primary, Secondary or SEN)
- Therapy roles (Speech & Language, Occupational Therapy, etc.)
- Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties
- Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to deliver tailored support
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support their development and wellbeing
- A recent graduate in Education, Psychology or a related subject
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, patient, and resilient approach
Experience is beneficial but not essential - your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
