Could you help remove barriers to learning and ensure every student has the support they need to succeed? We're looking for an organised, proactive and learner-focused professional to join our team as an Exams Access Arrangements Coordinator . This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in SEND, learner support, education, assessment, examinations or student services who is passionate about creating inclusive opportunities for learners.

Working closely with curriculum teams, examinations staff, external agencies and learners, you will play a vital role in identifying, coordinating and implementing appropriate exam access arrangements that enable students to demonstrate their abilities and achieve their full potential. What you'll be doing As our Exams Access Arrangements Coordinator, you'll oversee the end-to-end process for exam access arrangements, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations while delivering a student-centred service.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating exam access arrangements for learners across the College Working closely with curriculum, support and exams teams to ensure appropriate support is in place Maintaining accurate learner evidence files and documentation Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and examination requirements Supporting learners with EHCPs and additional learning needs Building relationships with feeder schools and external agencies to gather supporting evidence Maintaining accurate records and reporting using College systems Advising colleagues on reasonable adjustments and exam support strategies Keeping up to date with changes to legislation, guidance and best practice Supporting continuous improvement of access arrangements processes across the College What we're looking for We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
Experience assessing individual support needs and making appropriate recommendations Knowledge of exam access arrangements and JCQ regulations Experience coordinating processes, systems or projects An understanding of SEND and the barriers faced by learners with additional needs Excellent organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships Experience working with confidential and sensitive information A commitment to inclusion and supporting learner success

Experience with in Further Education is beneficial but not essential.
