Role and focus

As Funding Administrator
, you will help ensure the integrity of our student data, support funding compliance and contribute to the smooth operation of a growing national organisation. As Funding Administrator, you will support the Finance & Funding Lead in the day-to-day administration of student funding across the Group. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate student records, monitoring compliance requirements and helping to ensure that funding claims are accurate and submitted on time.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will contribute to data quality, audit readiness and continuous improvement, helping to maximise funding opportunities while reducing compliance risks.

Responsibilities
  • Experience working with large datasets or external data returns within Further Education or a similar environment
  • Experience using Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Confidence communicating data-related information to colleagues and stakeholders
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
