Job DescriptionAs the school's SENDCo, you will lead the strategic development of SEND across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive high-quality provision that enables them to thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with the Headteacher, teaching staff, parents, and external professionals, you will coordinate effective interventions, oversee EHCP provision, monitor pupil progress, and promote outstanding inclusive practice throughout the school.
QualificationsThis role would suit an experienced SENDCo or an ambitious teacher who holds the National Award for SEND Coordination (or is willing to complete it) and is looking to take the next step in their leadership career.
