Job Description
Goffs‑Churchgate Academy, part of the Generations Multi Academy Trust, is seeking dedicated and resourceful Learning Support Assistants to join our team. These are exciting opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN). You will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of lessons, helping them to achieve their full potential academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities- Provide targeted support for students with SEN, implementing strategies from Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Assist individuals and groups of students in their learning, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
- Establish supportive relationships with students, fostering inclusion and acceptance.
- Deliver one‑to‑one and small group support sessions as part of personalised learning programmes.
- Collaborate with class teachers to plan and implement appropriate materials and strategies.
