We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to work within Primary schools in Leeds
.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs and in some cases supporting the whole class
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support EHCP and behaviour plans
• Build strong, trusting relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement
• Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals
• Encourage attendance, engagement, and personal development

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Commitment to a full-time, term-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30)
• Confidence managing and de‑escalating challenging situations
• Experience working with young people, behaviour support, SEMH, or mentoring
• Recent experience (within the last 2 years) supporting children or young people with SEMH or additional needs
