Why education?

No two days are the same.

One day you'll be helping a pupil build their confidence. The next, you'll be supporting a small group with their learning or encouraging a young person to believe in themselves again.

It's challenging, rewarding and a brilliant way to discover whether a long-term career in education is right for you.

What could you be doing?

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, you could:

  • Support pupils in the classroom, either 1:1 or in small groups
  • Help children with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs
  • Build positive relationships that help pupils thrive
  • Support teachers with engaging lessons and classroom activities
  • Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning

Every day is an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Perfect if you're considering a career in...
  • Teaching
  • Educational Psychology
  • Speech and Language Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Social Work
  • Youth Work
  • Mental Health
  • SEN and Inclusion

Or if you simply want to gain valuable experience before deciding on your next step.

We'd love to hear from you if you...
  • Have a degree in any subject
  • Enjoy working with children or young people
  • Are positive, patient and eager to learn
  • Want a career where every day has purpose
