Leeds City College is seeking a Teaching Facilitator to join its Foundation Studies department. The role focuses on delivering learning to students identified as SEND, with a student‑centred approach in EHCP outcomes and targets. This is a 39‑week, pro‑rata post with progression to a higher scale.
You will plan schemes of work, deliver across modules, assess progress and create individual learning plans to support learners’ English and maths development.
